Surface wind maps suggest the higher speeds will mostly be west of I25 today. Downsloping wind causes a warming effect. I expect this warming effect to thaw us for a few hours out of freezing temps for a few hours this afternoon. Expect a high temp in the low 40s. A similar forecast is expected tomorrow.
