On this dive, the water was crystal clear, making the scallops easy to spot. Keep an eye out for their valves opening and closing. This allows the scallop to filter feed and swim, and makes it easier for us divers to see them along the rocky reef. Once spotted, try to get your knife inside the valve and cut
