Sydney Trains has been hit with a $15,000 fine after allegations that poor line maintenance caused excessive noise in Waverton and Wollstonecraft. Social distancing was hard to put into practice on Sydney's trains this morning after major delays had commuters cramming onto reduced services. The T2 Leppington, T3 Bankstown and T8 Airport lines were impacted following a mechanical issue on a maintenance vehicle at Circular Quay.
