A massive fire engulfed an under-construction apartment building in Prescott Valley, Arizona, in the early hours of Monday, April 1, footage captured by a local showed. The Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority (CAFMA) reported that crews were battling a “large structure fire” at the site.
