Anxiety is in fact something I’ve been dealing with for years. I’ve never let it define me but it doesn’t mean it’s not hard to deal with at times. I started creating these beautiful chunky blankets almost a year ski and it’s been so helpful. It allows me to do something I enjoy while relaxing at my craft table, binging my favorite TV shows with my favorite glass of wine 🍷 or tea ☕️. I think there is so much truth to the voice over and how creating something with your hands helps you feel good.
