Restoration Update: Fieseler Fi-156C-2 Storch The fuselage frame was recently blasted with plastic media to remove layers of paint. Plans call for the frame to be painted this week so keep checking back for more updates! This aircraft was donated to the museum by Lt. Col. Perry A. Schreffler and Maj. Robert C. Fieseler Storch Fi-156 in flight The Fieseler Fi 156 Storch was a small German liaison aircraft built by Fieseler before and during World War II. Production continued in other countries into the 1950s for the private market.
