If you want WIDER biceps, you should be focusing on exercises that target both biceps heads. The Long (outer) & Short (inner) However, if your goal is to try to increase the size of the PEAK of your biceps, it would be best to focus on exercises that place more emphasis on the brachialis like showcased in the original video such as the “reverse curl” and “Rope Hammer Curl”. If you want to build some serious muscle in your triceps, try adding STRICT skull crushers to your next triceps workout. Most people flare their elbows and don't bring the barbell to their forehead because they use weight that is too heavy. SO, find a weight you can do for 8 - 10 reps with your elbows tucked in as tight as you can and litterally bring the barbell to your forehead. I have been doing it this way for over 14 years and have zero elbow paon because I stretch and foam roll regularly..

Been pushing myself to lift heavier and heavier on arm day. I’ll always try to get at least 6 of the 8 reps in my sets “CLEAN” before I resort to any sort of momentum for a forced rep/heavy negative. Going back to the workouts I did in my teens and 20s have really made training fun for me again. Forced reps, drop sets, heavy negatives. These are the tools you need to break your limits. What's your favorite triceps exercise? 🦾 Mine is actually the POWERBOMB, the one I speak about in this video. It's one of the few exercises where you can overload your triceps like crazy for a killer workout! Now some of you might prefer a cable ticeps pushdown because it puts less strain on your shoulders. BUT... once you start getting really strong, the weight will begin to life YOU off the ground. So the powerbomb would (at least at this point) become the better option. Keep those shoulders

It's ok to add variations to exercises. But you got to be careful when making a general statement like "This 1 Exercises to build Biceps AND Triceps" because they are antagonistic muscles. This means they perform opposing actions at the elbow joint. So an exercise that focuses on BICEPS will not train your TRICEPS. Where is the intensity when it comes to training? Momentum and forced reps are OK, as long as you have the basics down for proper form. The old school bodybuilders trained like ANIMALS and looked phenomenal. Meanwhile, fitness influencers today are out here measuring the angle of the extension of their triceps pushdown.
