🥔 The Ultimate Loaded Potato Soup 🥓🧀 Thick, creamy, cheesy, bacon-loaded comfort food. Absolutely NOT diet food. 😂 This soup is hearty, rich, and packed with flavor. My kids love it, and the toppings make it even better! Ingredients For the soup: * About 3 lbs yellow potatoes, peeled and diced * 2 packs bacon, chopped * 1 large yellow onion, diced * ½ tablespoon butter * 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour * 1 container chicken stock (32 oz is a common size; check your container) * About 4 cups
