Farrah Fawcett for Mercury Cougar. This is such a well produced and opulent commercial for 1977. From the car designs, to the great music riff, to Ernie Anderson’s legendary voice. And then there’s Farrah Fawcett who created jaw dropping, mic drop moments that still resonates today. I loved these old Cougar commercials from the 70s. “At the sign of the cat”…growl*” one of my fave taglines ever. I counted at least 4 roars. | Vintage Los Angeles
