Seriously though, the combination of Thai Italian basil, while not the same as holy basil, is super good!! Fun fact, the correct pronunciation of this dish is “pad ga prao” with the R in the last syllable. However, due to a common mispronunciation by Thai people, it is most commonly written in English as pad kra pao, with the R in the wrong place.
