Newegg used to be great, but these days I put them at the bottom of the list right above third-party sellers on sites like Amazon/Walmart/ect. If the same part is available anywhere else within $5-10, I pay the extra for more reliable shipping time and ease of return.

Apr 30, 2023 · It took around 4 business days for the product to get to newegg, then they checked it and they approved the refund one week later on the 27th. I got the refund on the credit card 2 days later on the 29th of April. All in all i have to say it was a normal return, like you would do with Amazon, maybe a little slower.
