Stellantis’s Belvidere site has been mothballed since February 2023 after the carmaker temporarily discontinued production of the Jeep Cherokee crossover.

Ram has confirmed it will bring a mid-size pickup truck to the North American market. Production is said to be scheduled for 2027.

The market had 3,836 homes for sale last year, compared to 3,766 in 2023. But, the total numbers of houses sold, at 3,899, outweigh the inventory available.
