President Donald Trump 's visit to Scotland has drawn intense criticism from Scotland's largest newspaper, The Daily Record, which called him a "menace" in an editorial while also urging U.K. leaders to pursue pragmatic engagement for the sake of long-term relations.

President Donald Trump's five-day Scotland visit includes checking in on his Turnberry and Aberdeen golf resorts while furthering discussions on the Economic Prosperity Deal between the U.S. and U.K.

Trump distanced himself from his ally Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s claim that there is “no starvation in Gaza”. He said the situation in the Palestinian territory is “terrible” and that “we have to get the kids fed”. He also suggested setting up food centre in Gaza with “no boundaries”.
