The family of Hua Kuang is opening up after the 33-year-old dad of two was shot in the head by stray bullet while sleeping at his East Oakland home.

Run Hua Kuang, 33, returned from his job as a delivery truck driver and took a nap on August 1 when he was struck by a bullet in his East Oakland housing project home.
