Koby Burkhart, 22, was arrested Monday afternoon, according to the Fort Worth police jail log. He remained in custody at the Tarrant County jail as of Wednesday morning on a $500,000 bail, records show. It was unclear whether he had an attorney.

The arrest affidavit states that the 22-year-old suspect followed the victim after he honked his horn at him and shot him twice.
