Glasner and his Palace players might finally feel the pressure they had felt in the earlier parts of this season has now relented

Gavin: Good to see Palace execute a clear game plan and the first half was excellent for Palace in the way we fashioned the two goals. Second half we had to absorb a great deal of pressure with Henderson making some excellent saves. Palace definitely the better side and a deserved win.

This was perhaps the classic away victory in many ways. Brighton were very good in spells, but displayed a fragility with Oliver Glasner’s men capitalising on the type of form that has seen Albion drop points in recent weeks.
