Despite days of claiming the controversy surrounding Jeffrey Epstein was a hoax, President Trump is taking the extraordinary step of calling for the release of grand jury testimony related to the deceased convicted sex offender’s case.

President Trump said the outrage among his supporters over the Epstein case was just the latest “scam” cooked up by Democrats.

Even as news broke this past week that Trump had instructed Attorney General Pam Bondi to release grand jury testimony from the investigations into Epstein and his mistress, those same Democrats called the move an attempt to cover up the president’s involvement, given that it constituted less than full transparency.
