Under Stream Info, click the pencil icon to write your stream's title, pick its Category (what it is that you're actually streaming), add tags, and pick the language.

5. When you’re done, tap the AirPlay icon and select your iPhone, iPad or Mac to disconnect from the AirPlay device. You can also access AirPlay through Control Center to stream audio.

The icon that looks like two rectangles on top of each other shows you what nearby devices are available for streaming. Look for your Airplay-enabled TV on there.
