SEPTA will change the names of some of its bus routes from letters to numbers. But don’t worry, riders. For now, both the letter and number will appear on timetables and bus signage.

Signage will display both the old and new designations for several months to help ease riders into the transition.

The city is expecting one million people to attend the parade, which means getting around on public transit will need to be thoughtfully coordinated.

SEPTA is providing information on how to get into the city to celebrate, as well as SEPTA bus detours and station closures.

SEPTA is planning to transport thousands of Eagles fans to and from the Super Bowl victory parade on Friday, Feb. 14.
