The Philadelphia Police Department said officers responded to a campus residence hall over the weekend after receiving reports of “suspicious males identifying themselves as Police/ICE agents.”

A Temple University student was arrested at an Insomnia Cookie store. He and two other men are suspected of impersonating ICE agents.
