Stephen Jones talks Cowboys’ salary cap battles, says Eagles face tough decisions in 2025
Cowboys chief operating officer Stephen Jones reiterated Dallas’ struggles during his latest appearance on 105.3 The Fan (KRLD-FM). When asked if the team had plans to address its cap issues to set up a strong offseason, Jones turned the conversation back to the fact that “over 50%” of Dallas’ cap is on injured reserve.
