A decision to deny federal emergency aid to areas of Western Maryland hit hard by flooding in May is being called petty, partisan and punishing by Maryland Gov. Wes Moore (D), who met Sunday with federal and local officials to discuss next steps.

As western Maryland works to rebuild after the devastating flooding back in May, they're faced with yet another setback.
