The death of Denis Law has led to a flood of tributes to the Manchester United and Scotland legend, who passed away at the age of 84

At Manchester United Law scored 236 goals in 393 games; third behind his team-mate Sir Bobby Charlton and Wayne Rooney on the all-time scoring list, and set club records for the most goals in the FA Cup (34 goals), which still stands, and in Europe with 28 goals in 33 games.

Denis Law, the Manchester United great and Scotland international, has died. He was 84. The death of Law, who also played for Manchester City, was announced in a statement from his family that was released by United.
