The Dallas Cowboys are hoping to keep a veteran assistant despite a push from the Titans.

With a new defensive coordinator in town, big changes are coming to the Dallas Cowboys defense. And those could snowball into a former starter rising as a protagonist on defense for the first time since 2023.

Though when it came time for the Eagles to hire a new offensive coordinator to replace the recently demoted Kevin Patullo, they turned to their division rivals too. Only, when the Eagles requested to interview Cowboys offensive coordinator Klayton Adams for the same role in Philadelphia, Dallas blocked the move.
