Eight students on the Anaheim High School track team were injured after a man suspected of driving under the influence plowed into the group while they were on a practice run, authorities said.
Nine people, including multiple high school track and field runners, were hurt as a car hit pedestrians in Anaheim Wednesday afternoon. Lindsey Pena reports for the KTLA 5 News at 4 on Dec. 10, 2025.
Seven runners were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver has been suspected of driving under the influence.
