Long-running comedy series “South Park” has announced a brief season 27 hiatus following the premiere episode released on July 23. The next installment will now air next Wednesday, August 6 at 10 p.m.

South Park season 27, episode 2 will premiere on Comedy Central on Wednesday, Aug. 6, at 10 p.m. ET/10 p.m. PT/9 p.m. CT and stream on Paramount Plus the next day (the first episode is already on the streaming service ).

The newest episode of "South Park" Season 27 is set to drop Wednesday, July 30, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central. The episode will be available to stream on Paramount+ the following day, July 31, at 6 am ET/3 a.m. PT, according to the streaming platform.
