A mother is demanding to know why the driver accused of killing one son and critically injuring another in an e-scooter crash is facing only a misdemeanor charge instead of a felony.
NYE COUNTY ( FOX5) — Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly rollover crash in Nye County. It happened on State Route 160 about 23 miles north of Pahrump near the community of Crystal.
