Former Indianapolis Colts’ head coach Chuck Pagano is joining the Baltimore Ravens coaching staff for the 2025 season.

The Baltimore Ravens have hired former Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano to join their defensive staff. The team announced the move Tuesday night, saying Pagano would be a senior secondary coach.

Chuck Pagano is getting back into the NFL after a half-decade away from the game. The former Colts head coach has been hired as senior secondary coach for the Ravens, heading back to Baltimore for the first time since he was John Harbaugh’s defensive coordinator in 2011,
