Caleb Martin expresses his confidence that the Philadelphia 76ers will turn things around amid a season filled with struggles.

Due to a slew of injuries up and down the roster, the Sixers have struggled mightily sitting at 15-26 at the halfway point of the season and on the outside of the play-in tournament. The main additions the Sixers have made in the offseason have all been banged up along with Joel Embiid who has only played 13 out of a possible 41 games thus far.
