MOORHEAD — The Concordia Cobbers are partnering with the Minnesota Vikings, who are helping launch a collegiate women's flag football league this spring. Concordia is one of the six NCAA schools, including Augustana University, Gustavus, Bethel, the University of Northwestern in St. Paul and Wisconsin-Stout, the Vikings announced Monday, March 3.
