On top of all that, the rookie broke another WNBA record. With 17 games remaining on the season, she surpassed Alana Beard, Arike Ogunbowale, Caitlin Clark, and Cappie Pondexter for the most 20-point, 2-steal games by a rookie guard in WNBA history.

Paige Bueckers becomes the only WNBA player this season to rank top 10 in points, assists, and steals, making history in her rookie year.

Ogunbowale was even more impressive. The four-time All-Star made WNBA history by registering a 15-point, 10-assist double-double in the first half. Ogunbowale finished with 20 points, a career-high 14 assists, a steal and two triples.
