Jamie Foxx has been injured after being struck in the mouth with a bottle while out celebrating his 57th birthday. The actor and singer got involved in a "physical altercation" and had to get stitches after the incident inside a Chinese restaurant in Beverly Hills, California, Sky reports.

"Someone from another table threw a glass that hit him in the mouth," a spokesperson for the actor said in a statement to the Los Angeles Times.

A spokesperson for Foxx said that he had to get stitches after he was hit in the face by a glass thrown from someone else in the restaurant.
