Just after answering a question about the “anti-weaponization fund," Trump berated both CNN and correspondent Kaitlan Collins, calling them "corrupt."
Donald Trump had a Hollywood moment. The president, 79, furiously stormed off an interview with NBC’s Meet the Press after journalist Kristen Welker confronted him on his election conspiracies. Trump began to sour on Welker after she pointed out in the interview that aired Sunday that there’s “no evidence” of rigged elections in the United States.
Donald Trump again went after CNN and its chief White House correspondent and host Kaitlan Collins, even berating her for not smiling. In a press availability in the Oval Office, Trump called CNN “a very corrupt organization” and then referred to Collins, who was there asking questions, as “a corrupt reporter standing right there, never smiles.”
