A $1 million Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off was sold in York County. According to a statement released Thursday by the PA Lottery, the $1 million-winning Millionaire Loading scratch-off was sold at a Rutter’s store in the 1000 block of Old Trail Road in Newberry Township.
The winning ticket was sold at Rutter’s located at 1090 Old Trail Road in Newberry Township. The store will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket, according to lottery officials.
