Covelli said Crews set the location of at least one of the drug deals within 350 feet of an elementary school. Crews was arrested in the 200 block of Water Street in Waukegan on Wednesday.

Students are being transported to Larson Heights Elementary, and parents are being told to pick their kids up there as soon as possible.
