i am ridding myself of floppy drives forever. since i still run win9x [stop the laughing -- --] i need to use a tricky disk to fdisk, format, and load the cdrom drivers before running the o/s setup.

I have several bootable CDs here - Windows ones, homemade ones, the IBM restore disks - none will boot. The system is set up to boot CD->Floppy->HDD, so I don't think that's the problem. I don't get ...
