The Troy Trojans and James Madison Dukes meet Friday in the Sun Belt Championship Game. Kickoff from Bridgeforth Stadium in Harrisonburg, Virginia, is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET.

Troy signed 33 football players on Wednesday, the first day of the early signing period for the Class of 2026. Among the Trojans’ signees are 15 high school players and 18 from junior college. Twenty-three of the players will enroll in January and participate in spring practice.

The University of North Texas has hired Neal Brown, a respected offensive coach with previous head-coaching success at Troy and West Virginia, as its new head football coach.
