Another store is leaving Town Center at Cobb—Belk is closing Feb. 18. A major clearance sale is running through Feb. 17 before doors shut for good. KENNESAW, Ga. — Shoppers at Town Center at Cobb will soon say goodbye to Belk, as the department store confirmed its Kennesaw location will close on Feb. 18.

The sign on the door says, “Due to unforeseen circumstances the mall is closed at this time. No entry until further notice.”

“Towne West Square was disconnected for nonpayment 7 times in the past 12 months. The mall has been owned by Kohan Retail Investment Group during these shutoffs,” said Courtney Lewis, who is the Senior Communications Manger of Media for Energy.
