The Pittsburgh Steelers officailly have a quarterback, and his name is Aaron Rodgers. The deal is a modest one, too. For Rodgers, the base salary of the deal will be $13.65 million with $10 million guaranteed. At the very least, that means his cap charge will equal the base salary, but it could be even higher.
