A former senior adviser to President Joe Biden, Anita Dunn, expressed her public disapproval for the way in which the president chose to pardon his son Hunter Biden during a New York Times event on Wednesday.

Longtime Biden aide Anita Dunn said it would have been ‘a different story’ had the pardon come at the end of the term

"I absolutely think that Hunter deserves a pardon here, but I disagreed on the timing, the argument and sort of the rationale," Anita Dunn said.
